===Vincent Hale is sitting on a faded grey one-seat leather sofa, that has a oak base. He is currently thinking about the career decision that he affirmed mere hours ago, when it was officially announced that he had signed with the Extreme Anarchy Wrestling federation, which is based out of Pennsylvania. It was a surprise to many when the news came out, seeing as EAW is seemingly the sort of federation that goes against everything that a person like Hale stands for. Everything that he has based his illustrated wrestling career around; what goes against the breed of wrestling that he has been renowned for.
It's a federation that thrives on weaponry and the 'death match' style of wrestling, two things that Vince has 'never' done before:: that probably added to the draw for him, if you take the other perspective on the signing. He is currently attired in a black custom made 'Halestorm' shirt (produced in 2011), jeans that are held up by a brown leather belt; white Nike casual shoes, which have 'VH' on the tongue in black font. A calm look is upon his face, as he ponders the decision to come back to the wrestling business; continue a career that many have stated has him in serious consideration for the Hall of Fame when he does end up deciding to hang up the boots.===
"Do we ever decide to 'retire', or is it simply a hiatus that we go on," slightly smirking as he states that, it's a question that is commonly asked about wrestling. "It always seems that when somebody announces that they're 'retired', there is always that one aspect that pulls them back in. That makes them want to go around one more time," briefly pausing, his words definitely strike at the core. They definitely ring as being truthful; honest, if you take the time to look deep enough into them. "It's why I never called my absence from the ring a 'retirement':: I was never intending to stay away for long," pausing, he runs his right hand through his hair. Almost in a manner that reveals mock frustration, before slightly smirking. "I just needed some time to get my body right, simply due to the fact that I had felt the injuries begin to take their toll. To slowly impact the manner in which I was wrestling:: now that they're as close to 100% as possible, I decided to come back to the business that I had crafted a niche for myself in,".
"A business, that has become like a family," laughing at his little comment, it's known that Hale has always maintained a fantastic relationship with the pure aspect of the business, as well as the fans. "Maybe that's a little soppy in nature, but sometimes it has to be said, in order to get the point across. Of just how much the wrestling business actually means to somebody; just why they continue stepping into the ring. Why they risk having their career ended, over an act that wouldn't happen in any other line of employment," growing in stature, Vince allows his smile to radiate, knowing that wrestling will always be the one constant in his life. The one thing that never changes, no matter what sort of federation he is in. "It's just how it goes sometimes,".
===Vince sees the risks that are taken, as those that simply need to be taken. He doesn't see them as being 'excessive', because there's times where you must take yourself beyond those limitations that have been set. Limitations, that most people are too shy to go near, in their worry about crossing lines that should never be crossed. Whether that be from a health point of view, or a social point of view matter not. Just that they're there for a lot of people:: Vincent's not one of them though.
He prefers to be blunt and brutally honest with his words, even if that has led to a reputation of him being someone who is 'political'; someone who 'shoots' on the business. It's solely the double-edged nature that people fail to interpret correctly, but it's also what generates a lot of Television ratings and website 'hits'/views whenever a promotion of him is shown. That's something that nobody can deny:: he's a huge draw and 'over' with not only wrestling fans, but also those that have no ties to the wrestling business at all.===
"That's not why I'm here though. I'm here, because people have been spamming my email and asking 'why join a federation that prides itself on being hardcore?', 'why turn your back on the pure wrestling that you had based your career off?', 'what drove you to choose EAW?'," allowing that remark to hover in the air, he looks down at the light blue carpet; picking up a bottle of soda that he had placed there earlier. Taking a gulp of it, he allows the taste to settle in his mouth, before looking straight ahead once more. "I never turned my back on the 'pure style' of wrestling. All I did, was make a career choice which makes it even more interesting:: which makes my style a rare breed, as most of the talent here has based themselves off the 'hardcore' or 'extreme' style of wrestling," laughing, he thinks about the ridiculousness of some of the 'hate' he has received. "See, I don't intend on changing my style, all because fans praise those who go other the limits; weaponry is encouraged. I'm still the same Vincent Hale; no facade needed, no weapons needed except for my hands, feet and other assorted body parts,".
Smiling, he taps all the parts mentioned, to further push his point forward. "No 'trash talk' required either; my actions speak louder than any words that I could state. For words are meaningless---actions are permanent," The statement of his famed mantra (one that even has its own shirt) is an authoritative statement that he doesn't care what anyone else has to say. Whether they be wrestlers, media or just fans, their opinions matter little to him:: even though he won't attempt to stop them from having the opinions that they do. "It's all about making sure that your actions are what people remember; not the fact that you fell flat on your face, when forced to prove 'more' than the simple 'talk'," taking another sip of his soda, he allows the pitch in his voice to drop slightly. "It's simple, but there's plenty of people who seem to forget it; who need refreshing on that fact,".
Allowing his smirk to slightly widen in a 'confident' manner, he simply places the bottle back onto the carpet and screws the lid onto it once more. "Anything I say, is solely for the purpose of education; if it bruises your ego or upsets you in any way, then I'm afraid you've chosen the wrong business to work in. You might want to go to another line of work, where they try to handle things with kid gloves," A slight laugh flows through the air, as Vincent's words bite throughout. "People are fickle; they'll turn on you in an instant, making everything that I'm saying actually sound nice," he remarks. "In fact, some of the things fans like to state, makes me sound like an angel in comparison," his laugh stiffening in nature, the blunt force with which he is speaking is typical of him. People should be use to it by now, but there's always those few who try to use it as a way to back their insults of Hale up. To try and find ammunition for their criticism of him. "You'll just have to find out for yourself. For now though, I will be allowing you to enjoy the rest of your day," with that final statement, Vince stands up and heads off to continue his packing for the trip to Pennsylvania. For the beginning for his EAW career.
